2. Technical delivery
When the website is accessed, technically necessary connection data such as IP address, time, requested page, browser, and device information may be processed in server logs. This serves the secure and stable delivery of the website. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
3. Reservation requests
When you submit a reservation request, we process the date, time, number of guests, name, email address, telephone number, and any voluntary information about the occasion or wishes. The data is used solely to process, confirm, or decline your request. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR.
4. Recipients and retention
Data is shared with technical service providers only where required for hosting, storage, or email delivery. Reservation data is retained only as long as required for processing and statutory retention duties. Providers and precise deletion periods will be confirmed in the processing register before production launch.
5. Cookies and analytics
The new Pavillon website currently uses no optional analytics or marketing cookies. Technically necessary functions can be used without an advertising profile.
6. Your rights
Subject to the legal requirements, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and objection. You may also lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.
