2. Technical delivery
When the website is accessed, technically necessary connection data such as IP address, time, requested page, browser, and device information may be processed in server logs. This serves the secure and stable delivery of the website. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
3. Reservation requests
When you submit a reservation request, we process the date, time, number of guests, name, email address, telephone number, and any voluntary information about the occasion or wishes. The data is used solely to process, confirm, or decline your request. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR.
4. Recipients and retention
We use technical service providers for hosting, email delivery, and restricted management of reservation requests. The website is hosted by Vercel; reservation requests are emailed to Pavillon and also stored in the restaurant-management system technically operated by Pluco Group Sp. z o.o. / Desivo. These providers may process data only for the agreed technical purposes. Reservation requests are normally deleted no later than six months after the requested date unless they are still required to perform a booking, defend legal claims, or meet statutory retention duties.
5. Cookies and analytics
Google Analytics 4 is loaded only after you explicitly consent through the privacy settings. Usage data such as pages visited, approximate region, device, and browser information may then be processed by Google. Your choice is stored for six months in an essential consent cookie and can be changed at any time through “Cookie settings”. The legal basis for analytics is Article 6(1)(a) GDPR.
6. Your rights
Subject to the legal requirements, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and objection. You may also lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.
